My classes at a glance
A structured programme: your child progresses at their own pace through five levels, from the very first contact with water (2 months) to autonomous swimming in the main pool (5 years).
2 mois – 20 mois
First contacts with water, gently, in mum or dad's arms. We get used to sensations (water on the face, floating, brief immersion), we build emotional safety and the very first aquatic reflexes. Two levels: Beginners — Étoile de mer (up to 10 months, La Coque, Kirchberg only) then Advanced 1 & 2 — Les têtards (10 to 20 months).
20 mois – 3 ans
Baby walks, becomes an active part of the session: jumping in from the edge, retrieving objects, courses with mats and foam noodles. The first arm-band-assisted swims appear, voluntary face submersion sets in. One level: Advanced 3 — Les grenouilles.
3 – 6 ans
Technical learning: we break down the breaststroke movements, build arm-leg coordination, gradually remove the arm-bands. By 5, your child swims autonomously in the main pool. Two levels: Advanced 4 — Les poissons and Advanced 5 — Les dauphins.
